Plumbitall is committed to providing the best service possible to all of our customers. With this in mind we have simplified how are delivery works as listed below:

There is single delivery charge per order, which is based upon the largest item within your order.

Inside M25	£22.50	�3.95
Standard Delivery	£45	�7.90
Scotland Postcode	Orders from these post code areas may incur an additional charge which will be advised by a member of our support staff prior to acceptance and delivery of your order.
Scottish Isles

Once your order is confirmed, our trained warehouse staff will pick your items for delivery and package them ready for transport. Our larger items are supported in transport by either standard or A frame pallets.

Our support staff will contact you shortly after you order to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. We will also arrange for a call to be made to you before delivery if required. We recommend two people be at your address on the day of delivery for all large deliveries.

� Out of stock items will be despatched on a similar timescale once stock arrives with us.
� Our support staff will keep you informed of any changes in expected delivery date.
